The YMCA of Twin Falls Inc. welcomes all people and provides an atmosphere to enrich spirit, mind and body. We are dedicated to the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Our programs enhance individual health and well being, strengthen personal and family relationships and develop leadership skills.
In our community, the YMCA is a leading voice on health and well-being. With a mission centered on balance, the Y brings families closer together, encourages good health and fosters connections through fitness, sports, fun and shared interests. As a result, thousands of our youth, adults and families are receiving the support, guidance and resources needed to achieve greater health and well-being for their spirit, mind and body.

Family Time
Serving families has always been at the heart of the Y. We are a place where they can find respite from social, economic and educational challenges, and learn how to overcome them. We have a fundamental desire to provide opportunities for every family to build stronger bonds, achieve greater work/life balance, and become more engaged with their communities. With our XR Zone, Kids Klub and Child Watch families can come to the Y together and find something for each of them.

Health Well-being and Fitness
In the area of health and fitness, there are many options to choose and directions to go when starting your personal fitness journey. The one thing that remains true, however, is that individuals who set goals are more likely to stick with their new routine and see results more quickly. We at the YMCA are motivated by the power of goal setting and will give our best to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. By choosing the YMCA as your guide to fitness we will supply you with the tools that allow you to determine and set your personal fitness goals that will start your journey moving in the right direction. This includes our goals handbook, Passport to Fitness and interaction with our fitness staff. You have made a decision for fitness, and we are here to help you every step of the way! Because we know that healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, well-being and fitness at the Y is so much more than just working out. Beyond fitness facilities, we provide educational programs to promote healthier decisions, such as our Lose It! Classes that help you integrate good eating habits along with a fitness program. We offer over seventy Group Physical Activity Classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Spinning and many, many more. We also have Silver Sneakers classes for our seniors and those recovering from an injury or those wanting a less intense work out. Water Activities: What would the Y be without water? Water exercise, adult swim lessons (it’s NEVER too late) and adapted exercise for those with disabilities or in rehabilitation are some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Y where we believe if you can do it on land, you can do some version of it in the water! All of our land and water classes are free to you as a YMCA member.

Personal Training:

We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. Ys offer personal training and coaching to help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier. We have group rates for those who want to work out with friends, co-workers or spouse.
