To ensure a safe and enjoyable workout, please note the following

  • Please wipe off equipment and benches after use.
  • Use proper-fitting gym shoes. Street shoes that track in mud are not allowed.
  • Food and open drinks are not permitted in the weight areas; only sealed plastic bottles are permitted.
  • Screaming during lifting is not allowed.
  • Keep hands and feet away from all moving parts and weight stacks.
  • Please be courteous at all times. Unsportsmanlike behavior, profanity or foul language is prohibited.
  • Children younger that 12 years old are not allowed to use weights or cardio equipment.
  • For their safety, children aged 12 and older are required to be accompanied by their parent(s) in weight or cardio areas. Children 12 and older must have an orientation to use the weight or cardio equipment without requiring the parent to be present.
  • Allow others to share equipment while you are resting between sets.
  • If dumbbells appear loose or cracked, report it to the staff immediately.
  • Always use a spotter when using/attempting maximum weights.
  • Do not attempt to repair or adjust any equipment that has malfunctioned. Notify staff immediately.
  • Do not drop or slam weights.
  • Please wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear. Protective footwear is required at all times.
  • Please use collars and clips for “free bar” lifting.
  • Please put all bags and personal belongings in the locker room.
  • Please help keep your facility clean by disposing of trash, bottles and gum in receptacles provided.
  • Rack all weights and dumbbells after each use so they’ll be organized for the next member.
